Renowned globally for its thick, fleshy leaves containing a cooling, clear gel, this popular succulent is as functional as it is beautiful. Whether you are looking for a striking architectural plant to brighten up a sunny windowsill or a natural remedy for minor sunburns and skin irritations, this low-maintenance beauty is a must-have for any indoor jungle.
These are mature, well-rooted plants that have been growing in my care for over 12 months. Plants are selected individually, so natural differences in leaf shape, fullness, and growth are expected. Some 4-inch pots may contain two established plants.

How to Keep It Happy
Light: Bright, indirect light is ideal indoors. Aloe Vera can tolerate some direct sun, but introduce stronger sunlight gradually to avoid scorching.
Water: Allow the potting mix to dry completely between waterings, wait to water thoroughly until the leaves are no longer full-feeling. Overwatering is one of the easiest ways to damage Aloe Vera.
Soil: Use a gritty, fast-draining cactus and succulent mix.
Humidity: Average household humidity is plenty. Aloe Vera does not need high humidity and appreciates good airflow.
Temperature: Approximately 55–80°F. Protect from frost and cold drafts.
Current Growing Conditions
Environment: Grown indoors and outdoors and moved seasonally
Humidity: Approximately 25-50%
Current Light: Indirect sunlight
Current Potting Medium: Happy Houseplant Haven’s Cactus and Succulent Mix
This plant may need 7–14 days to acclimate to the light, temperature, and humidity in its new home. Some leaf movement, repositioning, or temporary slowing of growth can occur during the adjustment period.
If moving your Aloe Vera into stronger outdoor sun, introduce the increased light gradually.
