About This Plant
Hoya Kerrii Albo is a variegated cultivated form of the species Hoya kerrii, loved for its thick, heart-shaped leaves accented with creamy white variegation. The underlying species is native to parts of Southeast Asia, including Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaya and Java, where it naturally grows as a climbing epiphyte or lithophyte in tropical environments.
Unlike the single heart-shaped Hoya leaves often sold as novelty plants, this exact plant is well rooted and actively growing. It has been growing in my care for over 12 months and is already established in its 3.5-inch clear cup.

How to Keep It Happy
Light: Bright, indirect light is best. Good light helps support healthy growth and maintain variegation, but harsh direct sun may scorch the leaves.
Water: Allow the potting mix to dry somewhat between waterings, then water thoroughly and let excess water drain. Avoid keeping the roots constantly wet.
Soil: Use a chunky, airy and fast-draining potting medium with plenty of root aeration.
Humidity: Adapts to normal household humidity but appreciates moderate humidity with good airflow.
Temperature: Prefers warm temperatures around 65–80°F. Protect from cold drafts and prolonged cool temperatures.
Current Growing Conditions

This plant may need 7–14 days to acclimate to the light, temperature, and humidity in its new home. Some leaf movement, repositioning, or temporary slowing of growth can occur during the adjustment period.
