Keep your plants safe during cold-weather shipping with our Winter Shipping Protection options. Plants are living products and can be damaged by freezing temperatures during transit, so adding protection is highly recommended for winter orders.

You can choose 72-hour heat packs, insulated packaging, or both together for maximum protection. Each order covers up to six plants.

Provides steady warmth inside the package to prevent cold shock during transit.
Perfect for moderate winter temps or short shipping routes.

• Insulated Packaging
Includes thermal insulation lining to help maintain a stable temperature inside the box.
Ideal for colder regions or longer transit times.

• Heat Pack + Insulation Bundle (Recommended)
The best option for freezing temperatures. Maximum warmth + added insulation for the safest winter delivery.

Important Policy Notes:

• It is the customer’s responsibility to add Winter Shipping Protection when temperatures are cold in your area or mine (Detroit, MI).

• Orders placed without protection are shipped at the buyer’s risk.

• I may delay or hold your order if weather conditions are too extreme, even if protection is purchased, to ensure the safest delivery possible.

• Heat packs do not guarantee plant survival, but they dramatically increase safe delivery during winter months.
